In addition, insurance can be taken out for damage, breakage or theft of the rented products. For ski course bookings within the AllinOne packages, Sport + Mode Zangerl eU acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for any price and course changes. The customer is bound to his booking.

Pricing

The prices of the products appear in the first section of the booking process. Cancellation of the booking process is possible at this time. The prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties. They are shown and debited in euros.

Payment

The price can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Booking confirmation, issuing of vouchers

With the booking, the customer confirms the accuracy of his personal data. The booking made by the client is considered accepted only when the client has received confirmation from Sport + Mode Zangerl eU. The customer is obliged to check this immediately for accuracy. Any deviations from the booking are to be communicated to Sport + Mode Zangerl eU immediately.

Withdrawal, cancellation

• Cancellation of the booking is possible in writing under the following conditions:
• If the cancellation is made up to 10 working days before the first rental day, a cancellation fee of 15% of the booked equipment or service will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• If the cancellation is made 3-9 working days before the first rental day, a cancellation fee of 25% of the booked equipment or service will be retained.
• If the cancellation is made 1 or 2 working day(s) prior to the first rental day, a cancellation fee of 35% of the booked equipment or service will be retained as cancellation fee.
• Cancellation from the first day of booking: No refund will be granted if the customer is in default of acceptance. In the event of illness or accident, the customer may withdraw from the contract upon presentation of a medical certificate and receive a refund of the rental price paid.

Collection and return of equipment

The customer can collect the equipment, by presenting a photo ID as well as the booking confirmation, from 3 pm on the day before the first rental day. The equipment must be returned on the last rental day before the close of business. If the equipment is used longer than booked, the difference will be charged at the local rates and must be paid directly in the store. If the equipment or parts of it are not returned on time, Sport + Mode Zangerl eU reserves the right to charge a corresponding additional fee. The customer must ensure the return of the equipment in perfect condition.

Exchange

An upgrade of the rented equipment to a higher category is possible with a settlement of the difference. In case of an exchange to a lower category, no money will be refunded by Sport + Mode Zangerl eU.

Usage

The customer has to use the equipment according to its function and conditions of use. Defects that occur already at the time of rental entitle to free replacement in the same category. If this is not possible, both parties can withdraw from the agreement. The transfer of the equipment to third parties is prohibited. It is expressly pointed out the risk of unauthorized exchange of the skis - for example in relation to the ski binding adjustment. The customer is responsible for the protection of the equipment against theft or mix-up, there is no insurance coverage. Therefore, the customer is also liable for repair costs and current value in case of breakage, damage or theft to Sport + Mode Zangerl eU. Exception: A liability assumption of the renter was agreed in advance.

Insurance in case of damage, breakage or theft of rented equipment

If the customer has chosen the option „Insurance“, the following additional conditions apply:

Contractual subject

The customer is basically liable to the rental company in the event of damage or theft. Subject of this contract is a partial assumption of this liability by Sport + Mode Zangerl eU in case of damage or theft.

Services of Sport + Mode Zangerl eU

Sport + Mode Zangerl eU accepts liability for breakage or theft for a fee of €20.

Customer's notice of damage

The client must immediately notify Sport + Mode Zangerl eU of the damage. The damage report includes the booking number, name and address of the customer and the rental store, the location of the damage or theft, a description of the course of the accident, a description of the material as well as a theft report at the responsible police station or a confirmation of the damage by the rental store as well as the names and addresses of any witnesses.

Release from liability

The agreement refers only to that material and that booking period, which are stated in the booking confirmation. In case of theft or breakage during a subsequently agreed extension Sport + Mode Zangerl eU is free of performance. In case of a quality upgrade Sport + Mode Zangerl eU is liable in case of damage or theft only for the value of the originally rented equipment. The difference is to be borne by the client.

Disclaimer of liability

In case of improper use of the sports equipment, Sport + Mode Zangerl eU does not assume any liability for damage. Furthermore, Sport + Mode Zangerl eU is not liable for personal injury and damage to the property of the client or third parties. If the client leaves the rented equipment to third parties, there is also no liability on the part of the rental company in case of damage. For wear and tear caused by normal use, Sport + Mode Zangerl eU also does not provide compensation (e.g. base repair, waxing or grinding the edges).

Costs

Sport + Mode Zangerl eU charges a fee of 10% of the rental amount for the risk assumption. The fee is to be paid in advance and will be debited with the payment.
